The leaders for Off the chART Travel are deeply involved with planning each trip. They have extensive experience working with teenagers and teen travel as well as groups of all ages. There is always a male and female staff member on every trip at least one of whom is a certified Wilderness-EMT. Their travel experience reads like a Gulliver's Travels book encompassing nearly every continent in the world. They are very competent and skilled individuals with diverse backgrounds that continue to expand with each year, from outdoor education to organic farming, teaching to mountaineering.

If you're interested in becoming a leader for Off the chART Travel you must be at least 24 years old. Send us something imaginative (like a cover letter and resume, but better) describing which attributes, abilities, certifications, skills etc. you think are important to lead teen summer programs. Divulge which of those attributes you have and how you got them, which you do not have and which you hope to improve by working with us at Off the chART Travel.
